Although all these courses are part of the management degree, some schools may have a different name for a course in particular. The name of the course may be different, but it will teach you the same things.

You can take associate degree courses for a particular industry such as Dairy Herd Management, Emergency Management, Hotel and Hospitality Management, Pharmacy Services management and Supply Chain Management. When you take a specific management degree, the courses may differ and offer specific industry courses, which prepare you for that specific field.
